Before we begin

A few things
worth knowing.

Have a specific buying requirement?
Let’s discuss it ↗

Can spices reach us within six months of harvest?

We can discuss this for your order. Tell us your destination and arrival requirement. We select the lot through farmer relationships or our trader network, then confirm the harvest period, preparation, dispatch plan and expected arrival in the quotation. The six months runs from harvest to arrival, rather than from packing or dispatch.

Who do you work with?

We work with importers, spice packers, brands and ingredient businesses looking for premium Indian pepper, green cardamom, whole nutmeg and mace. Our focus is locally sourced spices from Kerala and the southern growing belt, with particular interest in European buyer requirements.

Can I request a sample?

Yes. Tell us the product, target specification and intended application. Sample availability, quantity, charges and delivery arrangements are confirmed before a sample is dispatched.

Which order sizes can I request?

Use the catalogue to request a 100 kg trial, a 500 kg order or a 1,000 kg requirement. These are quotation brackets, not a published stock balance or fixed MOQ. The confirmed minimum, allocated quantity, packing and dispatch window appear in the offer.

What will a lot-specific offer include?

The product and trade grade, measured or agreed quality parameters, a lot or source reference, net packing, available quantity, price validity and delivery terms. The quotation also identifies the sample and supporting analyses or documents included in the offer.

How are prices and lead times confirmed?

Prices and lead times are quoted for the agreed product specification, quantity, packing and delivery terms. Website imagery is illustrative and does not represent a reserved or currently available lot.
